Answers for residents, families, and referral partners.
Residents wake at 7:00 AM for personal hygiene and breakfast. Weekday mornings are dedicated to productive hours — employment, job searching, outpatient treatment, or education. House meetings are held weekly on Wednesday evenings. Residents attend a minimum of 3 AA/NA meetings per week. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and curfew is 11:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and midnight on weekends. Chores are assigned on a rotating schedule.
Our all-inclusive monthly fee covers a furnished room, all utilities (electric, water, gas, trash), Wi-Fi, TV, cleaning supplies, drug testing, weekly house meetings, recovery support coordination, and House Manager oversight. Contact us for current rates and availability. We work with program-funded and agency-sponsored placements — contact us to discuss.
Yes. Residents on MAT programs (Suboxone/buprenorphine, methadone, Vivitrol/naltrexone) are welcome. MAT is a legitimate, evidence-based recovery tool. No resident will be stigmatized, denied housing, or treated differently because they are on MAT. Residents must provide documentation from their prescribing provider at intake.
All residents are tested on move-in day (must pass to complete intake). Random urinalysis testing is conducted on an unannounced basis — any resident may be selected at any time. For-cause testing may be administered if there is reasonable suspicion of use. Refusal to test is treated as a positive result. We use FDA-approved rapid multi-panel test kits.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for active use on the premises. However, we understand relapse can be part of the recovery journey. Self-reporting a relapse is taken into consideration. Depending on circumstances, the resident may be offered a Behavioral Contract, referred to a higher level of care, or discharged. A resident discharged due to relapse may reapply after completing detox or treatment, subject to bed availability.
The minimum stay is 30 days. We recommend 6–12 months for the best outcomes. The first 90 days are the "Foundation Phase" with higher meeting attendance and early-recovery curfew. After 90 days in good standing, residents may be eligible for extended privileges. There is no maximum stay — residents who remain in compliance may stay as long as they need.
Yes. Visitors are welcome during designated hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM) in common areas and the backyard patio only. All visitors must be pre-approved by the House Manager at least 24 hours in advance. No overnight guests. No visitors during the first 14 days of residency. Maximum 2 visitors per resident at a time.
Key rules include: zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol, and paraphernalia; curfew (11 PM weekdays, midnight weekends); mandatory house meeting attendance; assigned chore rotation; quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM; no overnight guests; random drug testing; sign in/out log; smoking on backyard patio only. Three written warnings result in termination of stay. Violence, threats, and substance use are grounds for immediate removal.
Yes. We provide progress reports, meeting attendance verification, drug test results, and letters of residency for courts, probation/parole officers, and case managers. All reporting requires a signed Release of Information (ROI) from the resident.
A non-refundable move-in fee is required at intake. For voluntary departure with 30 days' written notice, a prorated refund may be issued at the Operator's discretion if the resident leaves in good standing. No refund is issued for involuntary discharge (rule violations) or voluntary departure without proper notice. Contact us for full details on fees and refund terms.
